Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

You must use your own genuine details — registering under a false identity, a pseudonym, or using another person's details is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
KYC Verification
Prior to processing Your first withdrawal, beee777 will require You to complete the KYC verification process. This involves submitting a clear copy of a valid Bangladesh National ID card (NID) or passport, and in some cases a proof of address document. KYC verification is a one-time process for most Players and is typically completed within one business day. beee777 may request additional documentation at any time if required by its risk management or compliance procedures.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through Your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by You. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the beee777 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). beee777 does not support multi-currency wallets. All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in BDT and processed through the approved payment methods listed below.
Approved Payment Methods

Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by beee777, though your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own transaction limits.
- Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account in real time following confirmation from the payment provider.
- Card deposits are typically credited within 5–10 minutes.
- beee777 does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own service charges, which are your sole responsibility.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account held in Your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible (same-source rule).
- Mobile wallet withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
- Card withdrawals are processed within 24 hours and settle subject to your bank's processing schedule.
- beee777 does not deduct any fees from withdrawal amounts. The amount You request is the amount You receive, subject to your payment provider's own receiving limits.
- Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed KYC verification and whose Real Money Balance is not subject to any pending investigation, fraud review, or active bonus wagering requirement that would affect the withdrawable amount.
Anti-Money Laundering
beee777 operates in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. We reserve the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds deposited into an Account at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. Winnings derived from deposits where the source of funds cannot be substantiated may be withheld pending investigation.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
beee777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term prevails.
Welcome Bonus
New Players who register an Account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible to receive the beee777 Welcome Bonus of up to ৳10,000. The bonus is credited to the Player's Bonus Balance upon the qualifying deposit being confirmed. The Welcome Bonus is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them are eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before any bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonus funds expire at the end of this period.

- Wagers placed using Real Money Balance are processed first. Bonus Balance is used only when Real Money Balance is exhausted.

General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
- beee777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
- Players who have made a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus will have that bonus voided.
- Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of the promotion.
Section 6
Betting Rules & Game Conduct
All games and betting markets offered on the beee777 Platform are governed by the rules published within the Platform for each specific product. In the event of a dispute, the rules published within the game or betting interface at the time the wager was placed shall be definitive.

Errors and Malfunctions

Winnings arising from obvious errors are not payable. beee777 will act fairly and transparently in all void decisions and will communicate the reason for any voided wager to the affected Player upon request.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the beee777 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether in your own name or through a third party.
- Identity Fraud: Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC, or impersonating another person.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker or artificially influencing live sports outcomes.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illicitly obtained money.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been used on the Platform. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and the full amount of the chargeback will be pursued as a debt.
- Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or other automated systems to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human input, unless explicitly authorised in writing by beee777.
- Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to support immediately.
- Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by individuals under the age of 18.
beee777 employs automated fraud detection, manual account review, and third-party risk management tools to identify prohibited conduct. Detections are reviewed by the compliance team before action is taken. Players who believe a sanction has been applied in error may appeal by contacting [email protected] with supporting evidence.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
beee777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
Voluntary Closure
You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting beee777 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be refunded to your last verified withdrawal method, less any amounts withheld for open wagers, pending investigations, or outstanding chargeback claims. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Responsible Gaming Closure
Players who close their Account under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme are subject to enhanced protections: the Account will not be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period under any circumstances, and re-registration attempts will be identified and rejected. Closure Due to Breach
Where beee777 closes an Account due to a proven breach of these Terms — including but not limited to identity fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or operation by a minor — the following consequences apply:
- All Bonus Balance and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited immediately.
- Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and will be returned only where beee777 is satisfied that the deposited funds are legitimate and that no net benefit from prohibited conduct has been received.
- beee777 reserves the right to offset any losses incurred as a result of the breach against the Player's Real Money Balance before returning remaining funds.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, beee777's total liability to any Player for any cause of action arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or bet shall be limited to the Real Money Balance held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises. beee777 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any claim arising from third-party services or network failures.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
